Recruiter become a data scientist

Recruitment process has been changed a lot. Once upon a time recruiter handly calls to the candidates and say “Are you Looking for a job change?” and taking minimal details like present CTC, expected CTC and notice period etc..

Thanks to Big data Analytics (Talent Analytics) and Linkedin where the process has been changed from a normal tele caller job to a data scientist role. In my openion a recruiter should be very strong in logical thinking and should be able assess candidate need of job while talking to him.
Going forward Analytics will place a key role in recruitments. Let’s say a recruiter is looking for a Clinical Data Manager. If you search in a job portal you will get hundred’s of profiles. How do you know which profile is exactly suits to the requirement. Recruiter cannot speak to all the candidates. In such scenario Analytics will place a major role to identify a right candidate for the right position.

Nowadays, Linkedin is like a home page for all the potential recruiters. It’s an Amazing social media tool for recruiters and passive job seekers. In my case I am very happy for the response I am getting for the LinkedIn job post and InMails. If I say in one word Linkedin is a game changing tool in Recruitment sector.
