-Reconciliation of CNF Agents stocks every month.
-Reconciliation of customer ledger accounts.
-Age-wise Analysis for Debtors and Creditors
-Arranging Balance confirmation from Customers
– Invoicing of Seed Purchase
– Monthly Purchase report
– Organiser’s  Ledger Reconciliation
– Interacting with Bankers
– Controlling of all Branches accounts
-Stock reconciliation
-Assisting to Manager-Finance in preparation of MIS, Budgets.
-Preparing Preliminary Trial Balance, P & L, and Balance Sheet
-Preparation of Schedules

2) Sr.Manager-HR

-Manpower Planning
-Recruitment/Separation of all the corporate resources.
-Policy deployment plans & charts
-Monitoring various Training and Development plans.
-Responsible for HR interventions/OD initiatives
-Performance Counselling of Corporate resources
-Employee Engagement
-Compensation revision

3) Manager Mechanical-Maintenance & Service

-Develop and implement strategic plans
-Compile and control departmental budget
-Develop, maintain and implement safety strategies
-Ensure effective project management
-Ensure effective management and control of electrical HT and mechanical services

Manager – Management Audit :

-Accountable for Planning, Execution and monitoring Management Audit and assisting him in finalizing the Audit report for submission to the Audit committee and members of the Top Management team.
– Supervision of all Audits for cost reduction and adherence to companies policies.
–Timely completion of Projects.
–Propose system improvement.
–Risk based Audit
