Indian job sector growth – 2010

I have been working with different sectors as HR consultant(Recruitment),Interestingly compare to last year this year I have seen tremendous  growth in job creation. As per the Ma Foi survey 660 companies across eight Indian cities showed 394,700 jobs were created this quarter, adding to the 739,064 jobs added in the first nine months of 2010.

The organized sector in India has added 11.3 lakh jobs in calendar year 2010, making it the best in the last four years, ahead of the previous peak in 2006 when 10.3 lakh jobs were added

Health care, real estate & construction; hospitality and IT & ITES are among the sectors that generated most jobs.

“The health care sector has consistently reported the largest employment generation in the year 2010 by generating 2,60,052 jobs,

According to the survey, IT & ITES sector has generated 1,16,700 jobs, much higher than expected.

In terms of cities, Delhi & NCR this year generated a whopping 1.14 jobs. “This region has created 44,183 jobs during the period of October to December 2010,

As per the survey, Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector is creating the most number of new jobs for the freshers this year

Hopefully 2011 year will be more fruitful for job seekers and will get good salary hike.

Requirement:
1) Engineering Manager:

• Setting the strategy and direction of the business and driving continuous improvement of systems, products and processes
• Functional leadership of the team, including recruitment, team/talent development, skill set improvement, and mentoring
• Resource assignment and prioritization including headcount and base cost budget
• Instilling a rigorous approach to target costing for new products and driving cost out of existing products
• Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Drive compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
• 10+ years relevant work experience leading Engineering teams
• 5 years project management and/or people leadership experience

I changed my company: Options-Ma Foi Randstad

Recenly i joined in Ma Foi Randstad as an Asst.Consultant – CRD after a long stint of work experience with Options.

It’s a great experince to be  part of multi nation (Ma Foi Randstad)  company and i am really happy now.
