Sales Effectiveness Manager job opening

Now i am working one of the intersting requirement. One of my favourite and well organised company is looking for Sales Force Effectiveness Manager position at Hyderabad location.

Here i am giving details about the job opening.

1.Conceptualise, Lead and Drive Sales Force Automation across the 3 Key interfaces  of Sales operations i.e Frontline sales force, Trade(Retailer) and Customer(Farmer).

  • Provide leadership in identifying the information needs in consultation with Sales management and country leadership teams.
  • Identify process which have gaps and create framework which will enable better process delivery and robust system to support sales teams
  • Develop an operational plan on a 3-5year horizon with budgetary support.
  • Identify Vendors and pilot the automation plan
  • Roll it out on a Pan India basis.
  • Lead and Drive the Automation process across all the stakeholders.
  • Successful implementation of mobile and online reporting system to reduce time, error rates and simplify reporting process with user friendly and realtime reports thus increasing field force effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the benefits accrued out of automation are clearly articulated and financially justified.                                                                              

2.Automate CRM models(Trade loyalty programmes and customer(Farmers) to make   it a 2Way access.

  • Conceptualise Automation of current CRM programmes.
  • Identify requisite tools and process to execute the same.
  • Develop cost effective  Data base building models.
  • Align and Drive the Sales Team for execution.                                         

3.Support Sales and Marketing Teams through business analytics for faster data based decision making,operational improvement and opportunity utilization. 

  1. Analyse Secondary data of Sale trends by crop and region.
  2. Analyse Distributor/Retailer sales performance and efficiency trends
  3. Strengthen purchase intentions and Dipstick process to understand crop acreage as well as  client  brand/Hybrid disposition.
  4. Leverage GIS tools to help position and segment our markets and products.
  5. Ensure Sampling effectiveness leveraging technology
  6. Develop process to monitor and track field activities real time online
  7. Better monitoring and tracking of strategy implementation and high investment areas.

 4.Ensure that  training and skill development process is successfully conducted for sales  groups of the company.

  • Provide leadership to both the Training Managers and work closely with Zonal Managers in identifying the training needs of frontline sales force and develope relevant training programmes.
  • Drive and Support the Training managers in working out a 360Degree intervention around Temp Manpower productivity improvement.
  •  Contact and utilize US resources as well as Indian experts in

strengthening  the training and development process for sale steam.      

5.Manage and support all sales communications for sales team and other groups                                                                                            

  • Plans and organize communication time table and strategyfor short and long terms.
  • Collate, manage and distribute external and in-house  information to sale team.
  • Co-ordinate sales communications with other groups in India

Desired Skills:

The minimum qualifications needed for a new employee to perform the job successfully

Education  :              Post Graduation preferably with Degree or Diploma in Management from reputed institution

 Experience:               Sales experience with minimum 2 years experience in similar roles of sales force effectiveness preferably in implementation of sales force automation.

Qualification:
•M.Sc. in biology or applied bioscience with 3-4 years of technical writing experience
•Doctoral Degree or in biology or applied bioscience with 1-2 years of technical writing experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Prepares technical reports of regulatory field trials, biosafety studies and other regulatory science related studies or projects.

2.Prepares applications and submission dossiers for regulatory authorities.

3.Performs quality control (QC) checking / proof reading of the regulatory reports and documents to meet the standards for regulatory submissions.

4.Generates templates for study protocols.

5.As per requirement, prepares literature review, abstracts, posters, and slide sets and biosafety study reports for publication/ presentation or for submission to regulatory authorities and/or internal teams

6.As per the requirement, manages multiple projects at any given time.

7.Ensures review/feedback on reports from stakeholders, incorporation of comments or edits and timely completion/finalization of reports.

8.Follows and tracks trial or study status for forthcoming writing projects.

9.Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving.

10.Performs additional tasks as assigned.
