Agri input business is one of the profitable business in India. Most of the Agri MNC’s are investing in India, Because of excellent manpower and 70% of indian profitable growth is depending upon Agricultural sector.

 Here i am giving you the details of the job opening, Please go through the same.

1) Training Manager:

• To work with Sales Development manager and develop basic training formats and content to be updated at regular intervals to TBL’s so that they are in a positon to bring in to speed their seasonal temps.
• Work closely with sales team to develop evaluation process for Temp staff and improvise on the training programmes to bring them to speed and up to date,
• Work with sales team to improvise farmer access models and channel service resulting in improved efficiency and staying ahead of competition.
• Increase the ability of sales group to develop and manage sales goals to ensure that Pioneer is a market leader.
• To develop motivational programmes for sales organization.
• To develop performance evaluation system for Temp sales team, monitor them and suggest interventions to improve the score( One of the evaluation metrics for Training Manager would be the improvement of Temp staff scores)

2) Rice Breeder:

1. To assist in developing breeding populations with a specific objective subject to market requirements.
2. Development of new parental lines through breeding methods from crossing of breeding  lines / populations.
3. Testing the adaptability and general & specific combining ability of segregating breeding material using a suitable tester.
4. Analysing promoting best performed segregating material to obtain homogeneity.
5. Conduct  the trials ( All stages ) at the research site location.
6. Compile, analyse trial data and assist in Promoting the best developed crosses to advanced stages of testing and helping to launch them in the market.
