One of our hybrid seeds manufacturing MNC is looking for Functional Consultants (Finance) and System Admin – Axapta.

After the completion of medical representative recruitment i am despetely looking functional consultants and system admin in Axapta.

1) Functional Consultants -Axapta (Finance):

1) Ataleast 1 end to end implementation exp.
2) CA/ICWA prefered.
3) 2-4 Years of relvent exp.

2) System Admin (Axapta)

-Support the installation, use, and life cycle of Microsoft Dynamics AX application software.

-Support the operating system, database, AX web services software, and the various interfaces utilized by the AX system. 

-Support installation and configuration for AX enhancements and complimentary products. 

-This position handles the technical aspects of the AX application and AX web services, and works under the general supervision of the IM Manager. 

-Primary contacts include vendors, database administration, middleware developers, application developers, client support, and system operations.

It’s a time to recruit medical representatives !!!

Now i am looking for medical representativ in various locations across A.P,Bnagalore and Kerala.

Actually to find out right fitment MR’s is  really interesting job. We can not depend on job portals.  I did market research on AP market for MR’s, Only in hyderabad we can get 2000-3000 employees with 1-3 Yrs. of exp. I am daily visiting distributor outlets for the MR’s data(Generally they will come there to find out their product stock report). Apart from that keeping wall posters near by medical shops and  famous hospitals.

Hope i can get huge data of MR’ near future which i can use for any MR’s job vacancies.

I feel great,Now i am not only doing Recruitment job but also Market research. Love to do such a job….

One of our client,A science based US MNC is looking for Technical Writer.

Job Description:

                                                                                                                                                                Technical Writer, Regulatory Science will be required to write, edit, reconcile and manage high quality technical reports of regulatory studies such as field trials and other biosafety studies. The writer will also be responsible for compiling scientific communications including literature review, abstracts, posters, slide sets and biosafety study reports for publication/ presentation or for submission to regulatory authorities and/or internal teams.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Prepares technical reports of regulatory field trials, biosafety studies and other regulatory science related studies or projects.
  2. Prepares applications and submission dossiers for regulatory authorities.
  3. Performs quality control (QC) checking / proof reading of the regulatory reports and documents to meet the standards for regulatory submissions.
  4. Generates templates for study protocols.
  5. As per requirement, prepares literature review, abstracts, posters, and slide sets and biosafety study reports for publication/ presentation or for submission to regulatory authorities and/or internal teams
  6. As per the requirement, manages multiple projects at any given time.
  7. Ensures review/feedback on reports from stakeholders, incorporation of comments or edits and timely completion/finalization of reports.
  8. Follows and tracks trial or study status for forthcoming writing projects.
  9. Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving.
  10. Performs additional tasks as assigned.

 Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience

  • M.Sc. in biology or applied bioscience with 3-4 years of technical writing experience.
  • Doctoral Degree or in biology or applied bioscience with 1-2 years of technical writing experience.

One of our hybrid seeds manufacturing MNC is looking for Regional Manager Technology Development.  

Below i am giving details of the requirement,Kindly go through the same.

Job Descritpion:
Functional responsibilitiesResponsible for executing the crop(s) trial clusters at own head quarter including selecting land, plant, manage agronomy operations, harvest yield trials during crop seasons, collecting, compiling  trial data and send the information to respective crop breeders.

Responsible for execution of the season wise crop trials / strip trials / programs in the region in the prescribed time line (as designed by the crop breeders and approved by the breeding lead) efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
Accountable for accurate and timely supply of crop trial data from the respective region to the crop breeders.
Will work on special projects as identified by seed breeding lead and develop processes for tracking progress, goals, season / year end results, training & development, etc for the trial network in respective region.

Financial accountabilities

 Accountable for proper operating and capital budget development and monthly control systems for the respective trial network.
Responsible for financial reporting, monthly forecasting for the respective team and specifically will obtain information and provide accurate analysis of deviations to seed Breeding Lead in a manner that ensures proper budget management.

Leadership – networking

 Coordinate the ESH efforts and Vehicle Safety program across the research officers in the respective region. Ensuring consistency in the region on ESH programs and policy implementation, track and coordinate progress.
Participate in safety network as required & possess ability to present training programs in a manner that creates employee involvement.
Provides support and fosters connections with crop breeders and seed breeding lead via information sharing, on monthly trials progress reports for the region, organizing and coordinating for the breeder tours for trial evaluations.
Provides key link to Seed Breeding Lead / crop breeders regarding specific follow-up on action items and specific projects required for the region 

Minimum Academic Qualification: Minimum M.Sc. in Agriculture sciences preferably Agronomy or PHD

Experience and Knowledge: Experience of about 7-10 years in trialing, good performance track record and effective computer skills preferred.

1.Conceptualise, Lead and Drive Sales Force Automation across the 3 Key interfaces  of Sales operations i.e Frontline sales force, Trade(Retailer) and Customer(Farmer).

  • Provide leadership in identifying the information needs in consultation with Sales management and country leadership teams.
  • Identify process which have gaps and create framework which will enable better process delivery and robust system to support sales teams
  • Develop an operational plan on a 3-5year horizon with budgetary support.
  • Identify Vendors and pilot the automation plan
  • Roll it out on a Pan India basis.
  • Lead and Drive the Automation process across all the stakeholders.
  • Successful implementation of mobile and online reporting system to reduce time, error rates and simplify reporting process with user friendly and realtime reports thus increasing field force effectiveness.
